In March, South Carolina was the 19th state legislature to vote in favor of the convention of the states. There are six other states where this has been passed in one chamber so far. There are 13 additional states that have active legislation this year. The potential of 38 states to be in support of this would trigger the requirements needed for Article 5 of the Constitution.

This video was from West Virginia, who also voted in favor of joining back in March.

They are calling for a convention of the states to update the constitution to limit federal powers, even though the 10th Amendment does limit these powers.
