We all know fuel prices are not the cause of the happenings in Kazakhstan.

So I think my initial hunch was somewhat right, but did not paint the full picture. To require a vax pass to take your money out of the bank is a HUGE straw that seems to have broken the camel's back. It's hard to know what's truly happening in Kazakhstan, but this report seems to make sense.
