I saw this headline and just about spit out my coffee - but then I read the article. SCOTUS using "precedent" to determine that Biden can tell the troops to get vaccinated. WUT? They basically are saying they can't overrule a direct order from the commander in chief. But that direct order is in conflict with individual freedoms.

— What if Biden gave a "direct order" to do search and seizures of American citizens without a warrant?

— What if Biden gave a direct order to kill American citizens as punishment without a trial?

— What if Biden gave a direct order to tell all soldiers they weren't allowed to speak negatively about the government or govt official?

— What if Biden gave a direct order that no soldier could have a personal firearm in their home?

SCOTUS needs to throw away precedent and read the constitution. Soldiers don't lose their God-given rights just because they choose to serve.

We need more Scalia's on the bench
