Boom, big win in court related to illegal aliens and enforcing the law. The judge ordered a nationwide injunction against DHS policy memo. The memo basically states that immigration/customs enforcement agents can limit deportation cases.

Quote from this based judge: "can the Executive displace clear congressional command in the name of resource allocation and enforcement goals? Here, the answer is no.”

He quoted a previous decision also: “In the framework of our Constitution, the President’s power to see that the laws are faithfully executed refutes the idea that he is to be a lawmaker.” 🔥
