He says even though what's happening in eastern Europe is horrible, we have a war at our own borders with thousands of people dying and talking about how brutal it is and how the sanctuary cities are dangerous, freeing criminals, and how other countries are emptying their prisoners and they are pouring into our country.

He says our country should be a sanctuary for law abiding citizens.
