This Tuesday, the Democrat machine has its sights set on enshrining abortion rights into Ohio's state constitution.

After a strong counter blow with the fall of Roe V Wade after Trump's judges came through in the clutch, the cabal have picked themselves off the mat, gathered their forces, and are attempting to use Ohio as a bellwether to further the genocide of our most precious children.

Pepe's substack above needs to be shared far and wide so every Ohioan reads it. This is an off-cycle election so we need everyone to go vote. The vague language is intentional and it's being marketed using psychological language. They don't even define fetal viability - they leave it up to the doctor which is crazy:

"Fetal viability" means "the point in a pregnancy when, in the professional judgment of the pregnant patient's treating physician, the fetus has a significant likelihood of survival outside the uterus with reasonable measures. This is determined on a case-by-case basis."

They also leave it up to the doctor whether an abortion still can be performed after viability. That particular language almost could be interpreted that the doctor can mandate an abortion if the mother's health is at risk.

Minnesota Supreme Court blocks bid to remove Trump from primary ballot in 14th Amendment challenge

The Minnesota Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected an attempt to block Donald Trump from the state’s GOP primary ballot next year based on the 14th Amendment’s “insurrection clause” but said the challengers can try again to block from the general election ballot if the former president wins the Republican nomination.

The 14th Amendment, ratified after the Civil War, says US officials who take an oath to uphold the Constitution are banned from future office if they “engaged in insurrection.” But the Constitution doesn’t say how to enforce the ban, and it has only been applied twice since 1919, which is why many experts view these challenges as a long shot.

At oral arguments earlier this month, several of the justices appeared skeptical of removing Trump from the ballot. One justice said it might be prudent to exercise “judicial restraint,” while another nodded to the idea that the voters should probably be the ones who decide whether Trump returns to the presidency.
