Their new tactic - try to prevent President Trump from running for office using the 14th amendment - they say that questioning the legitimacy of the election is tantamount to saying he was trying to "overturn" it. They are grasping at straws.

Get ready for some major election action at SCOTUS over the next year. Had the courts not stated that the people and states who filed various lawsuits around the election had "no standing", we wouldn't have gotten here. They should have heard these cases over the past two and a half years, but here we are. It might be a good thing though. Let's see what happens.

In 2019, a “mystery woman” sat behind President Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen and made animated facial expressions as Cohen testified before the House Oversight Committee against President Trump, was later revealed to be Dena Grayson.

Dena is best known for criticizing and ridiculing President Trump and amassing a large following for this reason.

Here’s an example of Dena lip-synching an answer provided by Cohen simultaneously with him, indicating that she was an insider in the Never-Trumper world. Grayson’s own tweets and now deleted posts on medium.com confirm that she is part of the Never-Trumper world.

You know how they want to remove Trump from the ballot using the 14th amendment?

Well, they did a trial/dry-run on a local public official and succeeded. Couy Griffin, a county commissioner in New Mexico, was at the January 6th March and never entered the capitol. A New Mexico judge cited the 14th Amendment and ruled that Couy Griffin be removed from office effective immediately due to his participation that day, even though the only thing he was guilty of was a trespassing misdemeanor.

This judge called January 6th an insurrection in order to try and set a precedent. They are going to use this to try and prevent Trump from being able to hold office.

Comer had demanded NARA turn over emails that Joe Biden sent from his private pseudonym email accounts. 5,400 emails have been confirmed - many to Hunter and others.
