Somewhere I saw there were CIA documents also included in the leaked intel. If that's true, the military wouldn't have that—not even top secret military—but NSA/DNI would. I wonder if the US Agency getting polygraphed is the CIA... or possibly the NSA or DNI.

How is it possible some young random 21 year old military IT guy would get his hands on that. I don't believe it.
