Whatsapp has been working on privacy and security for a long time, thus making it more difficult to access information about online time.
Due to changes on the Whatsapp side, there are crashes in our application. Today there was another change and now most Whatsapp profiles are not tracked. This is a problem not only for our application, but for all similar applications in general. If you know of apps that currently correctly track Whatsapp profile, then write about this app here @netwa_support_bot

The last update of WhatsApp’s privacy component led to difficulties with tracking WhatsApp standard accounts in the usual way.
Currently, we can track only WhatsApp Business accounts. Hence we’ve prepared an instruction on moving the WhatsApp Standard account to the Business one with keeping all chats and contacts.
We have attached step by step video guides for iOS and Android.
The idea is simple - if your tracked numbers belong to family members, you might have a chance to make these changes in order to continue tracking.
In addition to tracking of the WhatsApp Business profiles, our app also track profiles in other social networks:
- Telegram
- VK

However, due to technical difficulties, the app will be shut down soon. We will not shut it down on purpose, but it will happen automatically if there are any major glitches. The exact date of the app's closure is unknown — it could occur at any moment: as soon as tomorrow or within the next three months.
Keep this in mind before you buy a subscription. If you decide to subscribe, be prepared that you may not receive the service in full due to the closure of the project (You will not get your money back). If the cost of subscription seems substantial to you, it is better to refuse the purchase.
When the day comes and our app is discontinued, we will post a farewell message.

We were unable to promptly restore Telegram monitoring in our application. Telegram has stopped working permanently. We will not be restoring Telegram. Currently, Whatsapp and VK monitoring are continuing to operate stably.
