#US & #France are preparing for a second joint military satellite exercise to counter China's increasing presence in space. This is the #Pentagon’s third allied mission after recent US-UK operations. The new space race focuses on protecting communications, intelligence, & #GPS.
India is driving significant military #integration. This includes
-joint training,
-standardized equipment,
-cross-postings
before the introduction of #TheatreCommands. Tri-service Education Corps and joint stations in Trivandrum, Vizag, and Gandhinagar have been announced.

UPDATE: Future #Zorawar light tanks to get indigenous 800HP engine. #DRDO-CVRDE & #AshokLeyland made engines will replace US Cummins engines, ending foreign dependency for critical tank components. 300-400 tanks planned by 2027.
DRDO is set to test “Dhvani,” an #HGV, by late 2025. HGVs can reach speeds over Mach 5 and perform sharp end-game manoeuvres. This ability enables them to evade air defences, providing India with a reliable next-generation strategic strike option alongside missiles and air power.
UPDATE: HAL successfully tested #Tejas Mk-1A with #Astra BVR & #ASRAAM missiles, proving it can handle short and long-range combat. It’s moving closer to deployment, paving the way for more advanced missiles.
If Pakistan dares to act in Sir Creek Sector, the reply will be so strong that it will change both history & geography. In 1965, the Indian Army showed courage by reaching Lahore & in 2025 Pakistan must remember that the road to Karachi passes through Creek.”- RM Rajnath Singh.
Taiwan eyes Rafale jets to replace Mirage 2000s, joining India to pose a "double Rafale threat" to China. Dassault's CEO confirms Taiwan's interest, as tensions rise with the J-20. A significant change in Indo-Pacific air power is on the horizon.

THREAD🧵: Pakistan tested the Fatah-4 cruise missile on September 30, 2025. They claimed it has a 750km range, flies close to the ground at 50m altitude, and can evade India's S-400 systems. But does it really pose a threat?
#Fatah4 #IndiaDefense #IAF #BrahMos #S400 #Barak8
Fatah-4 Specifications:
- Range: 750km
- Speed: Mach 0.7 (865 km/h) - SUBSONIC
- Weight: 1,530kg
- Warhead: 330kg (conventional)
- Accuracy: CEP 4-5 meters
- Flight profile: Terrain-hugging (50m altitude)
Key limitation: Its subsonic speed makes it vulnerable.
India’s layered defence includes:
- S-400 provides wide-area coverage, can intercept cruise missiles at 40km.
- Barak-8 class interceptors cover around 70-100 km and are designed for cruise threats.
- Akash variants add 45-70 km range, proven against subsonic threats.
Why Fatah-4 fails:
- Subsonic speed allows a longer interception window compared to supersonic threats.
- India's Barak-8 has a success rate of over 90% against cruise missiles.
- The integrated radar network lessens the terrain-hugging advantage
Fatah-4 vs BrahMos comparison:
Fatah-4 flies at about 865 km/h (Mach 0.7). BrahMos exceeds 3,000-3,500 km/h (Mach 2.8-3) and is supersonic. As a result, defenders have roughly 3-4 times more reaction time against Fatah-4; the PAF failed to intercept even an accidental #BrahMos.
Operational context:
During the May 2025 tensions, India's defence systems intercepted over 40 Pakistani drones and missiles, including Fatah-II. The Barak-8 successfully shot down a Fatah-II near Sirsa. Paks HQ-9 systems failed against Indian cruise missiles multiple times.
