نلاحظ أن بعضاً من مستخدمينا الكرام الذين يستخدمون لوحة المفاتيح (الكيبورد) باللغة العربية قد يواجهون صعوبة في إدخال رمز التحقق بالإنجليزية المكون من الأرقام.
المشكلة:
عندما تكون لوحة المفاتيح مضبوطة على اللغة العربية، فإن بعض الأرقام تُكتَب بشكل مختلف عن شكلها المعتاد في الإنجليزية. وهذا قد يتسبب في خطأ في الكتابة دون أن ينتبه المستخدم.
الحل البسيط 🛠:
1 تأكد تماماً من أنك تكتب الرقم الإنجليزي وليس العربي.
2 الأهم: تحوّل إلى لوحة المفاتيح الإنجليزية قبل كتابة الرمز.
3 انسخ الرمز (Copy) من البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسالة ثم الصقه (Paste) مباشرة في خانة التحقق. هذه هي الطريقة الأكثر أماناً!
مثال للتوضيح:
الرقم الإنجليزي (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ...) هو المطلوب.
⚠️ تجنب الكتابة بهذا الشكل: (٠، ١، ٢، ٣، ٤، ٥، ...) لأن النظام لن يتعرف عليه.

We've noticed that some of our valued users who use an Arabic keyboard layout might face issues when entering the English numerical verification code.
The Issue:
When your keyboard is set to Arabic, some numbers are written in a different form (Eastern Arabic numerals) than the standard English (Western Arabic numerals). This can cause input errors without the user realizing it.
Simple Solution 🛠:
1 Please double-check that you are typing the English numeral, not the Arabic one.
2 Most importantly: Switch your keyboard to the English layout before typing the code.
3 Copy the code from the email or message and Paste it directly into the verification field. This is the safest method!
Example for clarity:
The system requires English numerals (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ...).
⚠️ Avoid writing them like this: (٠، ١، ٢، ٣، ٤، ٥، ...) as the system will not recognize them.
