بإذن الله، بعد الانتهاء من كتاب زراعة الكلى ونشره، والمتوقع إن شاء الله في نهاية هذا العام أو بداية العام القادم، المشروع القادم اللي هبدأ فيه هو سلسلة لقاءات على زووم، بمعدل لقاء كل شهر أو شهرين، تحت عنوان: 🩺 عيادة أمراض الكلى

هنناقش فيها حالات حقيقية من واقع عيادتي، والتركيز هيكون على الحالات الأساسية اللي بنقابلها كلنا في العيادات، ومش بالضرورة الحالات النادرة أو المعقدة.

النقاش في اللقاءات هيكون باللغة العربية.

قبل كل لقاء، هعلن عن الموضوع اللي هنناقشه، عشان اللي حابب يقرأ عنه قبل ما نتقابل تكون عنده فرصة. مثلًا: علاج الأنيميا في مرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن، أو علاج الـCKD-MBD.

هنعرض الحالات ونتناقش في طريقة التعامل معاها خطوة بخطوة: بدأنا العلاج إزاي؟ كتبنا الأدوية بجرعات قد إيه؟ المتابعة كانت إزاي؟ وإمتى غيّرنا الجرعات وعلى أي أساس؟ وبالتوازي، هنراجع توصيات الـGuidelines المتعلقة بكل موضوع، وإزاي نطبقها عمليًا على الحالات.
