Telegram has adapted to Android API 30 in a horrible way. Now, non-media files can no longer be sent in the app.
Sharing to Telegram via URI from other apps also result in an error, because Telegram will try to get the real path of the file from the URI, and then read it directly.
For Android 11(and above) users: DO NOT UPGRADE to Telegram 8.2.0. Otherwise, you cannot send apk, zip, pdf, docx and other non-media files. Including in-app file picker and sharing from other apps.
