1. We all are social animal, isolation and productivity is myth.

2. Mental health is like a fractured bone you may be doing things, completing tasks but whenever a xray is done that fracture is visible.

3. Don't worry about what other people are achieving, life reveals itself as we keep doing what is needed, everyone's destiny is different.

4. No one knows who was India's first Cabinet secretary and no one cares, so just live and be happy.

5. What will people say after I'm dead, are you going to listen them?? just live happily and spread love, care that's all.

6. 7-8 hrs of study is all that is needed, deep focus can be of maximum 4 hrs.

7.Don't care about vicious relatives and neighbours.

8. Make your own community if possible using telegram, have friends.

9.One lottery after another is not the way out, try something else, not one competitive exam and then other.

10. Getting out of cycle is not bad neither should be frowned upon, 2-3 attempts is the most that one can keep himself/herself motivated, take a break and comeback.

11. Blinkist app for books, Satyamev Jayate episode.

Diwali is a festival of light.

Diwali is a festival of homecoming.

Diwali is a festival to spend time with family.

And since I see this community as an extended family, it’s only natural to spend some time with my bretherens on this day.

This community gave me a second lease of life when I thought I’ve hit a dead end. Thus, I intend to keep a short session on Saturday wherein we’ll just virtually connect to briefly revise whatever it’s I’ve learnt in this cycle.

It’ll also be an opportunity to share from your end, whatever it is this ‘homecoming’ means to YOU!

Guys, if you’re watching the match, watch it with focus. Atleast enjoy, because anyway you won’t study with an open book and an open match!

If instead, you’re studying, study with focus. Catching up on score would anyway keep you distracted spoiling any chance of making progress.

And if you’re spending time with fam for Bhai Dooj, do that with focus. You don’t want to be that ‘Busy Bee’ who’s continuously on the phone in the name of productivity/patriotism while you’re spending quality family time!

Or divide your day into three and do all these with intent, one at a time, than making a disjointed concoction of wasted time and energy!

As we have learnt in our daily meditation practice, how we do anything is how we do everything. Let’s make the most out of the present moment
