Three takeaways on this beautiful Sunday:

1. Value your time above all else

-Your biggest resource in life rn is time. Once old, a person would literally pay anything to feel the energy of the youth again. Use this time and energy judiciously.

-What cannot be measured, can’t be improved. Use Day Logging Practice as discussed in the pinned text at @LIFE_neil to improve productivity.


2. Stop comparing your ‘Behind the Scenes’ to everyone’s ‘Highlight Reel’.

- Social media has always been used for ‘propoganda’, to either sell you something or make you insecure by showing a perfect ‘highlight reel’ of one’s life. But behind those perfect moments is the reality of daily struggles, challenges and a whole lot of boasting.

-Comparison is the thief of joy. Focus on your path, and measure progress against where you were yesterday, not against someone else’s best or inflated moments.


3. Revisit things that have brought you joy in the past. They will probably do it again.

- Life’s small joys are often forgotten in the rush of daily life, yet they hold the power to reignite our spirits. Whether it’s watching an old cartoon show, or connecting with friends, take the time to revisit those activities.

- These are the things that anchor you, bringing back a sense of contentment and grounding. Don’t overlook them in the pursuit of new achievements; sometimes, the key to moving forward is to remember what once made you truly happy.


I’m sure if followed well, these tips will lead you a better, more meaningful existence in this cycle full of drudgery, lies and fantasy!
