انجمن پزشکان ایرانی–آمریکایی (PAMA) با اندوهی عمیق و قلبی آکنده از درد، جانباختن شهروندان بیگناه ایران را تسلیت میگوید و همدردی صمیمانهٔ خود را با خانوادهها، بازماندگان، جامعهٔ پزشکی و مردم شریف ایران ابراز میدارد.
از دست رفتن جان انسانها، بهویژه در شرایطی که حق حیات، کرامت انسانی و دسترسی آزاد به درمان و امنیت نقض میشود، زخمی عمیق بر وجدان بشری است. جامعهٔ پزشکی، که سوگندش حفظ جان و کاهش رنج انسانهاست، نمیتواند در برابر چنین فجایعی خاموش بماند.
پاما ضمن ابراز همبستگی با خانوادههای داغدار، بر ضرورت احترام به حقوق بنیادین انسانها، حفاظت از جان شهروندان، و مصونیت مراکز درمانی و کادر سلامت تأکید میکند. ما باور داریم که حقیقت، عدالت و پاسخگویی، پیششرط التیام این زخمها و جلوگیری از تکرار چنین تراژدیهایی است.
یاد جانباختگان گرامی باد و آرزو داریم خانوادههای آنان شکیبایی و نیروی لازم برای عبور از این اندوه سنگین را بیابند. جامعهٔ پزشکی ایرانی در سراسر جهان، در کنار مردم ایران ایستاده است.

In Solidarity with the Families of Those Killed in Iran
The Persian American Medical Association (PAMA) expresses its deepest sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones of those who have lost their lives in Iran.
The loss of innocent lives—particularly under circumstances involving the violation of the right to life, human dignity, and access to safety and medical care—represents a profound tragedy that weighs heavily on the conscience of humanity. As members of the medical community, bound by an oath to preserve life and alleviate suffering, we cannot remain silent in the face of such devastation.
PAMA stands in solidarity with the grieving families and with the people of Iran, and emphasizes the fundamental importance of respect for human rights, the protection of civilians, and the inviolability of medical personnel and healthcare facilities. We believe that truth, accountability, and justice are essential to healing these wounds and to preventing future tragedies.
We honor the memory of those who have lost their lives and extend our sincere wishes for strength and resilience to their families during this time of profound grief. The Iranian medical community around the world stands with the people of Iran.

بیانیه پاما در محکومیت فشار، تهدید و بازداشت کادر درمان بهدلیل مداوای مجروحان در ایران
پاما با نهایت نگرانی و انزجار، گزارشهای متعدد و مستند درباره فشار، تهدید، احضار و بازداشت پزشکان، پرستاران، امدادگران و سایر اعضای کادر درمان در ایران را که صرفاً به انجام وظیفه حرفهای و انسانی خود در مداوای مجروحان پرداختهاند، بهشدت محکوم میکند.
مداوای مجروحان ـ فارغ از هویت، عقیده، گرایش سیاسی یا نحوه آسیبدیدگی آنان ـ وظیفهای بنیادین، غیرقابل مذاکره و مصون از هرگونه تعقیب بر اساس اصول اخلاق پزشکی، سوگند بقراط، قوانین بینالمللی حقوق بشر و کنوانسیونهای بشردوستانه است. جرمانگاری درمان، نقض آشکار کرامت انسانی و مصداق بارز سرکوب سیستماتیک نهاد سلامت است.
فشار بر کادر درمان برای خودداری از درمان مجروحان، تحویل بیماران به نهادهای امنیتی، یا ارائه اطلاعات پزشکی، نهتنها جان بیماران را به خطر میاندازد، بلکه بنیان اعتماد عمومی به نظام سلامت را ویران میکند و مسئولیت مستقیم پیامدهای جانی و روانی آن متوجه آمران و عاملان این سیاستهاست.
پاما اعلام میدارد:
1. بازداشت و تهدید کادر درمان بهدلیل انجام وظیفه حرفهای، غیرقانونی و غیرانسانی است.
2. امنیت شغلی، قضایی و جانی کادر درمان باید فوراً و بدون قید و شرط تضمین شود.
3. تمامی بازداشتشدگان حوزه سلامت باید بیدرنگ آزاد شوند.
4. جامعه جهانی، نهادهای پزشکی بینالمللی و سازمانهای حقوق بشری موظفاند این نقض فاحش اصول پزشکی را بهطور جدی پیگیری کنند.
کادر درمان ایران، در یکی از تاریکترین مقاطع تاریخ معاصر، بار دیگر نشان دادهاند که وفاداری آنان به جان انسانها فراتر از فشار، تهدید و سرکوب است. پاما در کنار آنان ایستاده و بر حق درمان، حق حیات و حرمت پزشکی تأکید میکند.
درمان جرم نیست.
پزشک دشمن نیست.
حفاظت از جان انسانها، خط قرمز اخلاق و انسانیت است.

PAMA Statement Condemning Pressure, Intimidation, and Arrest of Healthcare Workers for Treating the Wounded in Iran
PAMA expresses its profound concern and unequivocal condemnation of the documented reports of intimidation, threats, interrogation, and arrest of physicians, nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare workers in Iran solely for fulfilling their professional and humanitarian duty by providing medical care to the wounded.
The treatment of injured individuals—regardless of their identity, beliefs, political views, or the circumstances under which they were injured—is a fundamental and non-negotiable obligation under medical ethics, the Hippocratic Oath, international human rights law, and humanitarian conventions. Criminalizing medical care constitutes a grave violation of human dignity and represents a systematic assault on the integrity of the healthcare system.
Forcing healthcare professionals to deny care, report patients to security forces, or disclose confidential medical information endangers lives, destroys public trust in medical institutions, and places direct responsibility for resulting physical and psychological harm on those who order and enforce such practices.
PAMA affirms that:
1. The arrest, harassment, and prosecution of healthcare workers for performing their professional duties are unlawful and inhumane.
2. The professional, legal, and personal safety of all healthcare workers must be immediately and unconditionally guaranteed.
3. All detained medical professionals must be released without delay.
4. The international community, medical associations, and human rights organizations have a responsibility to urgently investigate and address these serious violations of medical neutrality and human rights.
In one of the darkest periods of Iran’s contemporary history, healthcare workers have once again demonstrated their unwavering commitment to human life in the face of coercion and repression. PAMA stands in full solidarity with them and reaffirms its firm commitment to the principles of medical neutrality, the right to health, and the sanctity of human life.
Medical care is not a crime.
Healthcare workers are not enemies.
Protecting human life is a red line of ethics and humanity.

با اعلام نهایت تاثر از وقایع اخیر در ایران، جاییکه حکومت حاکم نه تنها دست به کشتار و قلع و قمع وسیع مردمان زد، بلکه حتی به بیمارستانها و درمانگاهها هم یورش برده و تعداد بسیار زیادی از کادر درمان شامل پزشکان، پرستاران و بهیاران و دیگر پرسنل بیمارستانی حمله کرده و بازداشت کرده و تعدادی از این عزیزان گرامی هم گفته میشود که به خیل جاویدنامان پیوسته اند.
جهت اعتراض به برخورد ذکر شده از طرف رژیم ج ا، دعوتی به تظاهراتی جهت همصدایی و رساندن صدای هموطنان داخل ایران به گوش خارجیان موثر در سیاست بین الملل شده که بدینوسیله از شما سروران گرامی درخواست میشود که هر کسی تا انجایی که امکان دارد در تظاهرات روز شنبه ۱۴ فوریه در ۳ شهر لس انجلس (امریکا)، تورنتو (کانادا) و مونیخ (المان) شرکت کرده و حمایت خود را از هموطنان داخل ایران اعلام بفرمایید.

It is with profound sorrow that we acknowledge the recent events unfolding in Iran. The ruling authorities have not only engaged in widespread violence and repression against the population, but have also launched assaults on hospitals and medical facilities. Numerous healthcare professionals—including physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other hospital staff—have been attacked, detained, and, according to reports, some have tragically lost their lives.
In response to these unacceptable actions by the Islamic Republic, a call has been issued for public demonstrations to express solidarity and to ensure that the voices of our fellow Iranians are heard by those abroad who influence international policy. We respectfully urge all members and supporters to participate, to the extent possible, in the demonstrations scheduled for Saturday, February 14, in Los Angeles (USA), Toronto (Canada), and Munich (Germany), and to show your support for the people of Iran.
PAMA remains steadfast in its commitment to supporting the medical community and healthcare workers in Iran. We call upon all relevant international organizations and governments to stand with the Iranian people, support the ongoing movement, and condemn the inhumane actions of the Islamic Republic.
Let us join together to uphold our responsibility to support and defend our people and our country in the most effective manner possible.

الان اینجا ساعت ۹ صبح بوقت تورنتو در کانادا هست و ما دیشب ساعت ۲ نیمه شب رسیدیم و دیگه الان داریم یواش یواش بیدار میشیم و
اماده برای رفتن برای تظاهرات.
نزدیکی های مرز ۲ ساعت برف سنگین در راه داشتیم و در شهر هم برف سنگینی اومده، ولی الان هوا افتابی هست.
به امید اینکه هوا بقیه روز افتابی بمونه.
جای همگی خالی و همگی با هم هرکجا که هستید، امروز صدای بیصدای هموطنانمون باشیم.
