Quick take. Markets price a rate cut today with near certainty, and another by December. This is not a vibe, it is math from futures.

Numbers. CME FedWatch shows about 98 percent odds of a cut now, and futures imply the effective rate near 3.86 percent in November and 3.72 percent in December, which is consistent with two cuts. The 2 year Treasury sits near 3.48 percent, also signaling easier policy ahead.

What it means. Trading against bonds or liquidity assets is a low probability bet unless the Fed shocks hawkish or inflation re-accelerates. Base case favors duration and liquidity sensitive assets, so bonds up, dollar softer, gold and BTC supported, SPX path depends on growth.
