🚨FBI INVESTIGATING SHINYHUNTERS BREACH AFTER 5,000 RECORDS SURFACE

The FBI says it is investigating unauthorized activity affecting FBIjobs.gov after ShinyHunters claimed it stole sensitive employee and applicant data.

The hackers shared a sample of 5,000 alleged records, with some names, addresses and phone numbers independently verified.

An attacker abused MALT’s Polygon swap logic by triggering a rebalance hook with almost no input. The hook injected protocol-owned DAI into the pool, which was counted as attacker liquidity and used to withdraw excess MALT.
