I'm not much of a writer so I'll keep this short and simple.
This past weekend community activists from different cities across Ontario got together for a meet up and to watch the UFC PPV.
Our guy Jiri Prochazka (Czech) known mainly as a Striker came out on top to become the new UFC light heavyweight champion. He won by securing a win via Submission over the champion and Brazilian jiu-jitsu specialist Glover Texiera (Brazil).
The fights were good, but the best part of these meets is being surrounded by your brothers and sisters, joking around and talking shit amongst each other.
Tribe and train is one of the best and easiest ways to build bonds and healthy spiritual connections with your people.

We're recruiting Pro-White activists in Ontario, starting in Burlington, Hamilton, Brantford, St Catherines and Windsor.
We are a Frenz community that meets up a few times a month to work out and train together, we do hiking, fishing and many other outdoor activities, not just physical training. We do family get togethers like BBQ'S, beach days, birthday parties etc.
We are interested in teaching and learning new skills to help better ourselves and each other.
Some of the things we'll be teaching is how to change a car tire, fix a leaky roof, patch drywall, fishing and gardening.
We are not a gang, nor do we partake in criminal activities. We are men and women who are interested in bettering ourselves, and building healthy relationships with our people, at the same time spreading awareness of our struggle through activism.

Yesterday we got together with other Pro-White activists for a beach day. We did some striking training with pads/mitts and got a BJJ lesson from one of our guys. After we were done training we went for a swim and a little boat ride. When we got back on land we did a tug of war.
I recently blew out my right calf muscle and have had to use a walking stick for almost two weeks and I still showed up, did as much of the excercises and physical activities as I possibly could with the injury I have.
The time for excuses is over, the time get active is now. White Boy Summer is officially here.

We want to make it clear that we do not accept anyone into our frens community who is addicted to narcotics. Drugs like cocaine, methamphetamine and opiates are destroying our communities.
We are not a gang, nor do we partake in illegal criminal activities. We are frens who work out and do fun outdoor activities together. We don't promote terrorism or violence against anyone. Our only interest in creating healthy bonds with our brothers and sisters.
