Раньше лаваш использовали в войнах и сражениях. Матери испекли лаваш, высушили и положили в солдатские рюкзаки. Благодаря долгому хранению он спас солдат от голода.
Я очень рада, что у меня появилась возможность приготовить лаваш и таким образом почувствовать себя частью армянского народа.
