Sauce for Chicken (2 Legs):
1tbsp Olive Oil
1tbsp Dijon Mustard
1tbsp Yellow Mustard
1tbsp Honey
6 Cloves Garlic
Red Pepper Flakes
*Adjust all to your taste*
Oil-Free Dressing for Salad:
Balsamic Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Maple Syrup
Salt
Dijon (optional)
Add Sunflower Seeds, hemp seeds, feta, and Avocado.
Add corn or yams if youβre really hungry. π£
