A care worker who was dismissed because she refused to have a Covid vaccine can argue that her reasons were religious, an employment judge has ruled.

Patrycja Wierowska worked as a carer for HC-One care homes until she was fired on April 28, 2021.

Ms Wierowska, a lifelong Roman Catholic, claimed one of the reasons for her dismissal was because she refused to have a Covid vaccine on religious grounds.

In a preliminary judgment published on Friday, employment judge Eoin Fowell ruled Ms Wierowska could rely on her religion as a protected characteristic at an employment tribunal.

He wrote: “I am satisfied that her views about the vaccine are intimately connected with her religious faith, and there is a sufficiently close and direct nexus between her refusal to take a Covid vaccine and her underlying beliefs.”

The ruling follows a preliminary hearing on the issue held remotely at Exeter Employment Tribunal in July.

That hearing was told Ms Wierowska believes having the vaccine would go against her faith because it involves the use of “foetal blood”.

The claimant said this is based on the dicta of Roman Catholicism that blood and life are both God given and sacrosanct, so it is contrary to the tenets of her faith to alter the blood by taking a manmade vaccine or to use foetuses in the creation of a Covid vaccine.

It comes after a debate erupted in the global Catholic community over the vaccines that used cell lines that originated with tissues from abortions carried out decades ago.

In December 2020, the Vatican told Roman Catholics it was morally acceptable to use Covid-19 vaccines even if their production employed cell lines drawn from tissues of aborted foetuses.

Giving evidence at the July hearing, Ms Wierowska said she accepted the Vatican’s position but that she also had “free will”.

She also accepted the moral case for preventing the spread of infections in order to protect care home residents, but said she was doing everything else to prevent transmission.

Ms Wierowska went on to accept that she did not wear a facemask when she attended the Freedom March in London on March 20, 2021, however.

The hearing was told Ms Wierowska also feared Covid vaccines might interfere with DNA in the nucleus of cells and they are experimental with unknown long-term repercussions.

Stuart Irving, representing HC-One Oval Limited, argued the claimant’s view of vaccines was not a religious belief so much as a philosophical point of view and that she was simply unconvinced by the current scientific evidence.

But Dr Anna Loutfi, of counsel representing Ms Wierowska, argued her views were deeply embedded in her religious perspective and world view.

She added her views do not need to be the mainstream or orthodox view of the Catholic Church and that a religious belief may be protected even where it is not mandated by the religion.

I created a form to ask healthcare workers to speak anonymously about what they are seeing.

Here’s what they said in their own words.

Here is a quick summary of some of the things they said:

They are afraid to come out publicly due to intimidation tactics such as loss of job and/or license to practice medicine.

Unvaccinated healthcare workers are extremely upset with the medical community. They feel they have been treated unfairly.

It is the vaccinated workers who are getting sick with COVID, but it is the unvaccinated who are punished with constant testing, restrictions, and threats of losing their jobs.

The COVID shots are a disaster. Even for the elderly which is supposed to be the most compelling use case, death rates in elderly homes went up by a factor of 5 after the shots rolled out. Each time the shots are given, the deaths spike. Nobody is talking publicly about this. It’s not allowed.

Doctors are seeing rates of injury and death increase dramatically in all ages of people. The injuries are only happening to the vaccinated. There is no doubt that this is happening but many doctors have so much cognitive dissonance that they don’t see it.

One nurse with 23 years of experience says she’s never heard of anyone under 20 dying from cardiac issues until the vaccines rolled out. Now she knows of around 30 deaths.

“I have been a nurse for 36 years. I have NEVER witnessed people in their 20s and 30s having strokes, atrial fibrillation, or cardiomyopathies until the Covid vaccines. I work in cardiology. When I mention that someone should look at the vaccines as a possible reason, I am immediately silenced and told, “It is NOT from the vaccine.””

Doctors aren’t recording vaccination status in the medical records so that all the deaths are attributed to the unvaccinated.

Doctors are deliberately ignoring the possibility that the vaccines could be the cause of all the elevated events. The events are simply all unexplained.

Many doctors have either quit or will quit.

Some doctors and nurses at top institutions such as Mass General Hospital have falsified vaccine cards. They publicly toe the line and encourage their patients to take the shot knowing full well it is deadly. They value their job more than the lives of their patients. The important thing is they are risking 10 years in jail for doing this. These highly respected medical workers are telling the world that these COVID shots are so dangerous that they are willing to risk 10 years in prison to avoid taking the shot. That’s the message America needs to hear. And if Biden were an honest President, he would call for full amnesty and protection from retaliation for all these cases if people admitted publicly they did this. He’d be amazed at the number of responses he’d get. But he won’t do that because it would be too embarrassing for his administration.

Things don’t seem to be getting any better.

The medical examiners all over the world are not doing the proper tests during an autopsy to detect a vaccine-related death. Without doing the necessary tests, it is very hard to make an association. There isn’t a single “guidance” document from any medical authority anywhere in the world to do these tests on people who die within 3 months of their last COVID vaccination. This is why no associations are found: they aren’t looking and it is deliberate. The mainstream press doesn’t call them out on this either.

Doctors are being forced to take other vaccines so the hospital can meet their quota. This was admitted to them.

The document paints a very troubling picture of healthcare in America

It is very difficult to read that document and come away thinking that everything is working fine.

You are a miserable excuse for a human being

You are an exemplary blue-pilled individual; you are just the type of citizen that your government wants to have

J'ai créé un formulaire pour demander aux travailleurs de la santé de parler anonymement de ce qu'ils voient.

Voici ce qu'ils ont dit en bref résumé dans leurs propres mots:


Ils ont peur de sortir publiquement en raison de tactiques d'intimidation telles que la perte d'emploi et/ou de permis d'exercice de la médecine.

Les travailleurs de la santé non vaccinés sont extrêmement mécontents de la communauté médicale. Ils ont le sentiment d'avoir été traités injustement.

Ce sont les travailleurs vaccinés qui tombent malades du COVID, mais ce sont les non vaccinés qui sont punis par des tests constants, des restrictions et des menaces de perdre leur emploi.

Les vaccins COVID sont un désastre. Même pour les personnes âgées, qui sont censées être le cas d'utilisation le plus convaincant, les taux de mortalité dans les maisons de retraite ont été multipliés par 5 après le déploiement des vaccins. Chaque fois que les doses sont donnés, les décès augmentent. Personne n'en parle publiquement. Ce n'est pas permis.

Les médecins n'enregistrent pas le statut de vaccination dans les dossiers médicaux afin que tous les décès soient attribués aux personnes non vaccinées.

Les médecins ignorent délibérément la possibilité que les vaccins puissent être la cause de tous les événements élevés. Les événements sont tout simplement inexpliqués.

De nombreux médecins ont arrêté ou vont arrêter.

Certains médecins et infirmières d'établissements de premier plan tels que le Mass General Hospital ont falsifié des cartes de vaccination. Ils respectent publiquement la ligne et encouragent leurs patients à prendre le vaccin en sachant très bien que c'est mortel. Ils accordent plus d'importance à leur travail qu'à la vie de leurs patients. L'important, c'est qu'ils risquent 10 ans de prison pour cela. Ces travailleurs médicaux très respectés expriment par leurs actes que ces injections de COVID sont si dangereuses qu'ils sont prêts à risquer 10 ans de prison pour éviter de se faire vacciner. C'est le message que l'Amérique doit entendre. Et si Biden était un président honnête, il demanderait une amnistie totale et une protection contre les représailles pour tous ces cas si les gens admettaient publiquement qu'ils l'ont fait. Il serait étonné du nombre de réponses qu'il obtiendrait. Mais il ne le fera pas car ce serait trop embarrassant pour son administration.

Les choses ne semblent pas aller mieux.

Les médecins légistes du monde entier ne font pas les tests appropriés lors d'une autopsie pour détecter un décès lié au vaccin. Sans faire les tests nécessaires, il est très difficile de faire une association. Il n'y a pas un seul document «d'orientation» d'aucune autorité médicale partout dans le monde pour faire ces tests sur les personnes qui meurent dans les 3 mois suivant leur dernière vaccination COVID. C'est pourquoi aucune association n'est trouvée : ils ne cherchent pas et c'est délibéré. La presse grand public ne les interpelle pas non plus.

Les médecins sont obligés de prendre d'autres vaccins pour que l'hôpital puisse respecter leur quota.
