[Daily Temperature Taking Updates]

All students are required to take their temperature twice daily, in the morning and afternoon (including weekends and public holidays), and to declare their temperature readings in an online system.

You should also take a photograph of each temperature reading with a date and time stamp, and retain the image for seven days. Spot checks will be conducted for verification.

Temperature monitoring is important because as many as 98% of COVID-19 patients have a fever.

Breach of Temperature Taking Measures

For the safety of our community, you must comply with the measures we have instituted.

Any non-compliance will be dealt with in accordance with the NUS student disciplinary procedures. Non-compliance includes:
1. Making a false declaration,
2. Not being able to provide photographic evidence of a temperature reading,
3. Not meeting any one of these criteria: A temperature declaration rate lower than 70% for one week, or no temperature reading at least once a day.
