Dear NUSC Community,

Curious about the recent changes in our college? Got burning questions about where NUSC is headed? Or maybe you just want to know the Dean’s music of choice?

We are excited to invite you to the return of “Meet Our Deanery,” a collaboration between the NUSC Club MC and the NUSC Deanery.

This initiative is designed to be a space for candid conversations beyond the classroom. Whether you want to discuss the future of the college, share feedback and concerns, or simply get to know the people behind the roles, we invite you to join the Deanery for a casual meal this semester.

Please refer to the poster above for the dates and timings. To sign up, simply scan the QR code or click the link.

We look forward to seeing you there!

This was sent out as an email from the office past Friday (9 Jan). So, just a reminder. The team will be removing the parcels that's been there for more than 2 weeks tomorrow evening.

****

Final Reminder: Uncollected Parcels at West Wing

Dear NUS College students,

As part of the new Parcels Management system for Semester 2, the West Wing Residential Team has marked parcels that have been uncollected for at least two weeks with a cross. These parcels will be disposed of on 13 Jan 2026 (Tue).

If any of the marked parcels belong to you, please collect them before this date. Requests to retrieve parcels after disposal will not be entertained.

This is in line with the earlier communication on parcel management, where parcels left uncollected for more than two weeks from 11 Jan 2026 (Sun) onward will be removed to keep the delivery shelves tidy and accessible for everyone.

Thank you for your cooperation.

HI NUSC, welcome back for Sem 2!

As events resume after the winter break, please take note of the following changes to the poster policy:

1. Some areas have been designated for Law Faculty posters exclusively. These are:
a. Inside the faculty lift (near Saga commons)
b. Inside the faculty lift (near Elm laundry room)
c. Noticeboard outside the Saga faculty lift (L1/L2)
d. Noticeboard outside Saga A faculty offices (L1)
Please do not put up NUSC posters at these locations!

2. All poster spaces in the residential lifts, as well as the entire Cendana block, remain exclusively for NUSC use.

3. All remaining poster spaces will be shared with Law, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

4. To easily differentiate between NUSC and Law posters, please make sure that the poster clearly indicates that it is from NUSC.

5. As usual, EVERYONE will have to send their posters to @paracetamok for vetting prior to putting up. If your poster is intended for long term use (e.g. semester long programs) or put up on a regular basis (e.g. newsletters), do indicate so when submitting for vetting as well. Spaces will be monitoring the number of long-term posters in light of reduced poster spaces.

If you need help identifying where the designated noticeboards are, please refer to the full poster policy here.

Thank you for your cooperation and atb for the semester ahead!
