What a fruitful day, 13 June 2025!
In the morning, we successfully booked flight tickets for 14 NUM International students attending the summer program in Indonesia and assisted 4 NUM International college students with their documents for the UBD ASEAN Camp in Brunei. In the afternoon, we helped 2 students complete their applications for the RAS and AUS programs at the National University of Singapore.
We would like to thank our faculty teams and students for their strong support. This semester over 80 students who will be leaving this semester for the dual degree, the semester exchange, the Summer program and others.
At NUM International College, students who have previously traveled abroad contribute significantly to our program's success.

We're excited to announce Dr. Md Jamirul Haque from Nepal ๐ณ๐ต of NUM International College has published a key article in the Journal of Management Development (Emerald Publishing):
โBuffering the Blaze: Emotional Intelligence as a Moderator between Abusive Supervision and Employeesโ Mental Well-being.โ
This study offers critical insights into how emotional intelligence can buffer the negative psychological effects of abusive supervision. Based on hospitality data, it has significant implications for employee well-being, leadership, and organizational development, especially in developing countries like Nepal ๐ณ๐ตand Cambodia ๐ฐ๐ญ.
NUM International College congratulates Dr. Jamirul on this scholarly contribution and his continued research in human resource management and organizational psychology.

On June 19, 2025, National University of Management hosted a meeting with the delegation from Timor-Leste at the National University of Management. Their visit, guided by a mission to prepare for Timor-Leste's full ASEAN membership, is all about building bridges and fostering collaboration.
In addition, to enrich this experience, the conversation was joined by Dr. Seng Bunthoeun, Vice-Rector of International Relations. He drew from his valuable experience to share insights on what it takes for a university to bridge the gap and go international.
