🌟 NUMIC Students Arrive in Siem Reap for Youth 21 Acceleration Program 2025
On June 6, 2025, students from NUM International College arrived in Siem Reap to participate in the Youth 21 Competition's acceleration program. This initiative marks a significant step in their journey, providing a platform for growth and practical application of their skills.
Adding to this enriching experience, Dr. Sok Seang, Dean of NUM International College (NUMIC), was invited as a guest speaker. He shared valuable insights on building effective business models, a critical component designed to foster and enhance the students' abilities in developing their innovative ideas.

🌟 NUM Students Embarked on Their International Academic Journeys! 🌎
Congratulations to NUM students for being selected for international studies! This distinguished cohort proudly displays remarkable commitment and dedication as they embark on their global academic journeys this semester.
Our students will be participating in various international mobility opportunities across 11 different countries, including Exchange programs, dual degrees, summer programs, and other opportunities. In total, 80 students are departing, with 77 coming from NUM International College (NUMIC), 2 from the Faculty of Digital Economy, and 1 from the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
NUM is incredibly proud and wishes them success in their endeavors ahead.

On June 10, 2025, NUM International College hosted a meet and greet session with H.E. Prof. Hor Peng, Rector of the National University of Management. This event was held to connect students who are preparing to depart for their international studies.
NUMIC is continuously committed to providing opportunities for our students to thrive, not only within the classroom setting but also through learning experiences beyond the classroom. As of today's meeting, 77 NUMIC Students will be leaving to attend our partner universities in the USA, Singapore, France, Ireland, Japan, the Philippines, China, South Korea, Brunei, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
NUMIC wishes them all the best in their studies and looks forward to hearing about their experiences abroad.

What a fruitful day, 13 June 2025!
In the morning, we successfully booked flight tickets for 14 NUM International students attending the summer program in Indonesia and assisted 4 NUM International college students with their documents for the UBD ASEAN Camp in Brunei. In the afternoon, we helped 2 students complete their applications for the RAS and AUS programs at the National University of Singapore.
We would like to thank our faculty teams and students for their strong support. This semester over 80 students who will be leaving this semester for the dual degree, the semester exchange, the Summer program and others.
At NUM International College, students who have previously traveled abroad contribute significantly to our program's success.

🌟 Faculty Research Achievement | NUM International College
We're excited to announce Dr. Md Jamirul Haque from Nepal 🇳🇵 of NUM International College has published a key article in the Journal of Management Development (Emerald Publishing):
“Buffering the Blaze: Emotional Intelligence as a Moderator between Abusive Supervision and Employees’ Mental Well-being.”
This study offers critical insights into how emotional intelligence can buffer the negative psychological effects of abusive supervision. Based on hospitality data, it has significant implications for employee well-being, leadership, and organizational development, especially in developing countries like Nepal 🇳🇵and Cambodia 🇰🇭.
NUM International College congratulates Dr. Jamirul on this scholarly contribution and his continued research in human resource management and organizational psychology.
