"YY, you should apply for this... you should apply for that."🌟 - Prof. Makara, every time we met. That constant encouragement marked the start of everything.

At 18, I went to Japan. At 19, Poland and other European countries. At 20, the USA.

My fully funded SSP Program in Japan was a well-spent community revitalization research project with visits made to schools, organizations, and other sites in Fukui.

Erasmus+ at Uniwersytet Szczeciński in Poland? Out of this world. My university welcomes tons of international students, thus, each class had students from everywhere - Germany, Turkey, Spain, you name it. Beyond studies, I got to discover more about myself, make lifelong friends, travel across Europe, and found my new favourite cities.

I went on to represent Cambodia at ECOSOC 2024 at the UN in New York. Being in the General Assembly, surrounded by world leaders and delegates, still leaves me in awe of what we're capable of. To me, NUMIC is a community. The staff's dedication to forging global connections gives everyone here the chance to transform lives. For that, I will always be grateful. - Neng YY, Senior at NUMIC

🌟 NUM-IC Class Monitor Meeting 👥

NUM-IC held meeting with class monitors from across all cohorts in academic year 2024-2025 to discuss about the overall conduct of courses and assess the effectiveness of the learning.

The agenda strengthened attendance record system and communication channel for voicing concerns raised by class monitor. Additionally, the meeting provided a valuable opportunity to gather feedback and address any issues, ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our students.

We appreciate the contributions of everyone involved and look forward to implementing the suggestions to create a more positive and productive learning environment at NUMIC.

"Cambodia’s weather is warmer and more humid than Slovakia, and Phnom Penh is a vibrant, bustling city compared to Bratislava’s quieter, smaller atmosphere. I loved the energy of the city, the markets, and the friendliness of the people.

NUM International College has been an incredible experience. I especially enjoyed the Generative AI class with Jeremy Montessuis, which was both practical and innovative, helping me stay ahead of trends in technology.
