For today's post, we'll look at the Reichsparteitag of 1939 which was supposed to be held at Nürnberg from 2nd - 11th September. Unfortunately due to the start of the war, it was cancelled. We'll also say our farewells to Nürnberg for the time being with some interesting material about the city.

Today we celebrate the Erntedankefest or the Harvest Festival.
It's celebrated this year on the 3rd October. I will post a few silent movies with footage from different places and years in our beloved Reich.
