Important Instructions for GST302 Business Plan Slide Upload

We have received numerous messages from students who are unsure how to properly upload their business plan PowerPoint slides for GST302. Please follow these instructions carefully:
1. Submission Format: Your PowerPoint file should be uploaded as a final submission, not a draft. Do not select any license option from the drop-down menu when uploading unless you have a running business and it's licensed.
2. Passport Photo: Remember to include your passport photograph on one of the slides before uploading.
3. File Size Limit: Some students have had issues uploading because their files are too large. Please ensure your PowerPoint file does not exceed 9MB in size.
4. File Type: Uploads must be in PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx). PDF or Word document formats will not be accepted.

If you have already uploaded a draft version or had issues with the submission, please upload your final PowerPoint slides again following the above guidelines.

10 SIMPLE EXAM SUCCESS TIPS FOR FIRST-TIME AND RETURNING STUDENTS PREPARING FOR NOUN POP (PEN-ON-PAPER) EXAMS:

Start Early: Begin your exam preparation well in advance to avoid last-minute stress. Allocate specific time slots each day for studying.

Organize Your Study Material: Create a study schedule and organize your study material according to the exam syllabus. Break down topics into manageable chunks for better understanding.

Practice Regularly: Practice past POP exam questions to familiarize yourself with the exam format and improve your problem-solving skills. Time yourself to simulate exam conditions.

Stay Consistent: Maintain a consistent study routine throughout the semester to ensure you cover all the topics thoroughly. Consistency is key to retaining information.

Utilize Resources: Take advantage of study resources provided by NOUN, such as textbooks, lecture notes, and online tutorials. Supplement your learning with additional resources if needed.

Stay Healthy: Prioritize your physical and mental well-being during the exam preparation period. Get adequate sleep, eat nutritious meals, and take short breaks to rejuvenate your mind.

Stay Positive: Maintain a positive attitude towards your studies and exams. Believe in your abilities and stay motivated by setting realistic goals and celebrating your progress.

Seek Help When Needed: Don't hesitate to reach out to your professors, classmates, or academic advisors if you encounter difficulties with certain topics. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Review Regularly: Review your notes and study material regularly to reinforce your understanding of key concepts. Use techniques like flashcards, mind maps, or group discussions to aid in retention.

Stay Calm During the Exam: On the day of the exam, stay calm and focused. Read the instructions carefully, manage your time effectively, and answer the questions to the best of your ability. Don't panic if you encounter challenging questions; tackle them methodically.

Following these tips will help both first-time and returning students excel in their NOUN POP exams.
