1️⃣ Claiming $NOTAI tokens incurs a fee, but no tokens are received?

When you press the claim button for the first time, a transaction is initiated to create a unique contract for your account on the TON network, which incurs a fee.

The second transaction is the actual token claim, which also incurs a fee. This is a standard process on the TON blockchain

2️⃣ Tokens didn’t arrive on BSC after bridging from TON?

We're aware of this issue, and an update will be deployed today to resolve the remaining problems with the NOTAI bridge. You can also refer to this bridge guide. If you're still facing issues, feel free to contact us via @NOT_AI_TEAM

3️⃣ Haven’t received your airdropped $NOTAI tokens?

All the criteria and mechanics for the airdrop are outlined in our detailed post. You can check the requirements and process there.
