Vax Injury Test Case

Class Action Covid UK is now inviting those who have been harmed by any of the Covid vaccines to contact us at: hello@cacuk.uk

Please let people know about this.

We can only consider cases in England or Wales currently. Claimants should email us with the following details:

1. Date of vaccination/s (include a copy of your vaccination record, if you have it)
2. Details of your injury and when the symptoms started
3. What medical attention you’ve received and whether the cause is confirmed
4. How your injury has impacted your life / lifestyle
5. Your name, age and a telephone number for us to contact you.

A test case is a single case where the outcome would have significance not only for the person bringing it, but for many others too. It tests an area of law to get clarity and establish legal rights or principles.

Please note that we will try to contact everyone, but we will of seeking to identify one case that will be most likely to win and set a precedent for everyone else, so please know that while we’re sympathetic to everyone who is suffering, we will need to be selective when deciding which case to proceed with.

Who are Omnicell?
Omnicell are an American multinational healthcare technology company who have made their way into the UK healthcare system. In May 2022 they had a data breach where staff and patient information were potentially compromised.

In this new digital era, it is important to minimise your personal information held on digital systems, including your biometric data.
If you have previously given your biometric data to Omnicell and would like to remove it, please do the following:

- Email to NHS Project Lead Nurse who is in charge of Omnicell

Then the Lead Pharmacy Technician for Omnicell Systems will erase it.

As many of you know I’ve been utterly changed by the experience of working together with families with loved ones in care for the last three years.

One of the many tragic issues that has come to my awareness is unlawful end of life protocols.

It’s understandably very hard for people who haven’t had experience of this to get their heads around it. I have spoken and written to journalists and MP’s and often they quite simply don’t seem able or willing to take in the nuances and subtleties of this issue.

We at the People’s Care Watchdog have been working over the last 6 months to create a way to gather information about unlawful end of life protocols in a format we can then share anonymously and in an impactful way with MP’s, lawyers, journalists and the public.

Please could you spread the word to family, friends or professionals who have concerns about any of the following:

* unlawful end of life protocols
* continued use of the disbanded Liverpool Care Pathway
* administration of end of life medication without consent
* sudden and unexplained deterioration in a loved one in care or hospital
* use of Nice Guidelines NG163 during the covid period.

This is a vital step if we want to stop the unnecessary suffering we know so many have experienced.
