The Milwaukee Brewers scored 22 runs last night, which is much more of a football score than a baseball score. Which NFL team has gone the longest without scoring more than the Brewers did last night?

The record since the merger was set by the 1971-1975 Saints when they went 50 consecutive games scoring 22 or fewer points (link). The Saints finally broke the streak against the Falcons by somehow scoring 23 points despite Archie Manning going 8/19 for 199, 1 TD, and 3 picks (58.8 rating) link

More recently, the longest streak since 2000 was by the Raiders from 2005-07 when they went 26 games without putting up anything more than a Brewer. (link). They finally broke the skid by scoring 26 against the Browns, with 14 of those points coming from the leg of Sebastian Janikowski. (link)
