There are still 2 teams whose all-time leader in receiving TDs played in the 1940s. Packer Don Hutson (99 receiving TDs, '35-45) and Bears Ken Kavanaugh (50 receiving TDs, '40-50).
Due to obvious rule and style changes, most teams' leader in receiving TDs played this millenium. There are a handful of exceptions with the Packers and Bears being the most extreme, and for opposite reasons. Hutson was obviously way ahead of his time and one of the greatest players in league history. Kavanaugh still leads the Bears because their WRs have historically been less than stellar. Of their top 4 in career receiving TDs, none played with team later than 1971.

On Draft Day in 2011 the Ravens agreed to trade pick #26 to the Bears in exchange for pick #29 and pick #160. But the Bears never called the trade in to the League. Baltimore's time expired and the Chiefs leapfrogged them to take Jonathan Baldwin. The Bears GM would later apologize for the error.

In 1969, the Steelers and Bears tied for last in the NFL with matching 1-13 seasons. To decide who would get the first overall selection in the 1970 Draft, they flipped a coin.
The Bears lost the coin flip, and decided to trade their 2nd overall selection to the Packers in exchange for 3 players: linebacker Lee Roy Caffey, running back Elijah Pitts, and center Bob Hyland. Lee Roy Caffey and Bob Hyland were both out of Chicago by 1971, and Elijah Pitts was cut before the 1970 season even began.
The Steelers selected Terry Bradshaw.
