Last season, 66% of Barkley's rushing yards came before contact; this dropped 5 points in 2025. In his first two years with the Giants his mix was significantly more from after contact. To no one's surprise, Barkley has been well above league average with Philly. (NFL average in 2025 56%)

Yards After Contact per Attempt: This season Barkley has seen a decline of 0.6 YAC/att with a career low of 1.4. From 2022-2024 he was steady at 1.9-2.0. He is currently below the league average of 1.9 for YAC/att.

The Patriots have had the 7th easiest schedule of the Superbowl Era per PFR's SRS
Heard this tidbit from Bill Barnwell and thought it was fascinating at just how easy their schedule has been so far. They do play the Bills next week, so it probably improves a bit in the end even as they finish up with the Jets and Dolphins.

But that's not the interesting part. The 6 teams with easier schedules includes: The 1970 Colts, The Undefeated '72 Dolphins and the Greatest Show on Turf '99 Rams, who all won the Superbowl.
