Feds Make Stunning Arrest Inside LA’s “Peace Ambassador” Program.

The city of Los Angeles paid a convicted murderer to be a Peace Ambassador.

That is the claim from the Department of Justice, which announced the federal arrest of Michael Angel Alvarez, an alleged active member of the 18th Street gang who worked in a taxpayer-funded street outreach program near MacArthur Park.

THE FBI HAS ARRESTED ZACHARY SWEENEY, A 30-YEAR-OLD FROM COLUMBIA, TENNESSEE, WHO IS ACCUSED OF MULTIPLE COUNTS OF CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION LINKED TO THE EXTREMISTAND SATANIST NETWORK 764.

Between 2022 and 2025, Sweeney lured, drugged, raped, and coerced numerous minors into producing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which he in some cases sold or streamed live online. One of the victims later died of an overdose.

According to court documents, his actions were consistent with the practices of the 764 network, a violent extremist group that targets vulnerable minors to destabilize society. The investigation was announced by FBI Director Kash Patel.

Kyle Michael Hilleary, 32, a former preacher and teacher from Olive Branch, was sentenced to 35 years in prison for the sexual exploitation of a minor.

Following a jury trial, Hilleary was found guilty of one count of child exploitation. He will serve 25 years in prison without the possibility of parole, plus five years of probation.

The sentence was handed down on May 26, 2026. Hilleary will also be required to register as a sex offender and pay $2,000 into a victim compensation fund.
