Chicago, where they ruled that Trump was not allowed to send NG troops to Chicago to defend federal buildings, but Kavanaugh outlined in his opinion that Trump would be allowed to send Active Duty US MIL into Chicago via the Insurrection Act.

We are one step closer to Trump invoking the Insurrection Act!
