The incident dates back to Nov. 9, when, according to home surveillance video, Fuscarino allegedly pulled a foster child out of bed, struck him repeatedly in the face with an open hand and pushed him against a wall.

Authorities obtained the footage on Nov. 20, and Fuscarino was arrested the next day.

Fuscarino called the incident a private family matter, saying that everyone is safe and no serious physical harm was caused.?
