⚠️BYHEART FORMULA RECALL: WALMART AND TARGET CONTINUED TO SELL DESPITE FDA BAN⚠️

ByHeart has recalled all batches of Whole Nutrition Infant Formula for possible contamination with Clostridium botulinum, a bacterium that causes infant botulism.

The recall, which began Nov. 8, 2025 to all products, is linked to an outbreak with 51 suspected or confirmed cases in 19 states; all affected infants consumed this formula and required hospitalization.

The FDA sent warning letters to Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Albertsons for continuing to sell the recalled product for days or weeks after notification.

In particular, #Walmart and #Target kept the product on the shelves in numerous stores in various states well past Nov. 11, with instances of discounted promotion.
