12 years old this Christmas cactus 🌵 is.
It has been blooming 🌸 from the 3rd week in December into the 1st week in January every year like clockwork. ⏰️
And is now blooming in mid November.
Sure shows that things are changing and shifts are happening!

The Ministry of Health has suspended the prescription of puberty blockers (GnRH-agonists) to new patients under 18 years old with gender dysphoria.
The decision follows an independent systematic review that judged the scientific evidence on safety and efficacy of these drugs "low" or "very low." with uncertainties about long-term effects on bone, fertility and brain development.
Blockers are now considered experimental treatment and no longer routinely dispensed in public services for new cases.
The new guidelines favor psychological and social support as the first line of intervention for children with gender dysphoria.
