A 3-year-old girl was #violated by Akshay Bhim Rao, a 30-year-old dance teacher, during a summer camp.

The man, who worked as an instructor, carried out the act while the victim's parents were away.

The child, upon returning home, reported the matter to her mother, who reported the incident to the police. Authorities arrested Rao, who was charged with child sexual assault under the POCSO Act.

The investigation confirmed that the man acted alone, taking advantage of the trust placed in him.


The child has been undergoing medical examinations and is receiving psychological support. Police are investigating further to check for any other cases related to the individual.
