These were the tariffs Canada imposes on the United States BEFORE Trump did anything.
All that President Trump did was raise American tariffs on Canada to match what Canada was ALREADY doing to us.
So why is Canada freaking out? Reciprocal means that Canada can lower tariffs simply by removing the tariffs they had in place BEFORE this started. Then Trump will also lower his.
