Yes we try to drink as much as possible but definitely three times a day about 8 oz each. The rest is just highly filtered water. But, the chlorine dioxide is in every one of them, the filtered and the deterium free water. That makes a great difference too. I've been detoxing so long now I think I caught up to your two and a half years. But you must be at 3 and 1/2 now lol 👍😁 there is about seven different types of detoxing that I do with my fiance. They definitely help and make us feel better. And the more we do it the more we find how much they poison us. I could go on with a book talking about just today alone. I can't wait for the med bed to get rid of my pain so I can walk normally again. We have about seven projects which will probably only be able to do two of. We shall see.
