We might only be a bird 🐦 alone and guarding the lighthouse of truth would get you killed as one bird, but when the bird becomes a flock, the lighthouse remains lit without attack. The lighthouse of our constitution is the war! We must guard 💂‍♀️ it to win 🏆 this last battle as the 3D'ers come awake. My thoughts and opinion are that yes crystaline is higher frequency and we won't see any real changes we would only feel them.
Its like installing it on your higher self.
Plus if your not ready for these upgrades, they would be there when your ready.
The med beds are there to heal the carbon body, to give us a place to start from.
Not sure if they will upgrade anything to crystalene, but as I said, if it did we would have to do our own spiritual work to understand what we can do as far as healing and gifts with crystalene structure.
This is my look at it, it may be wrong, but might have some truth to it.
