Which salt you use matters also Ohana, I buy clean pure salt like redmonds "real salt" or kona salt or real Himalayan salt not just any pink salt. Some pink salts carry heavy metals so read the labels!
The Kona salt is salt water that is captured from deep ocean off of Hawaii that has no pollutants from the surface! Redmonds is from deep mines that are free from surface pollutants also. All other salts taken from the sea or sea salts are surface water that has all kinds of crap in them, so which salt you take dies matter! I take a pinch of salt every time I go to the kitchen hold it in my mouth let it dissolve then wash it down with water, that's the best way to do it!
