THE LAW vs STATUTES

The law is the common law, the foundation of justice for all people. It serves everyone equally, defending our unalienable rights and providing reparations to the injured. Through the law, we can live in peace and harmony with others, as it embodies the power of the people and represents common sense.

The Law protects living people from harm, loss, and fraud.

Statutes are the direct en-act-ments of the legislature, which unequivocally apply to publicly registered legal entities as franchises of the public State. These laws confer limited "privileges and benefits" to "artificial persons" by specifying contract "rules and regulations" through consent. It should be noted that statutes can indeed have the appearance or "color of law."

Statutes are NOT Laws. The Law is from the People. Statutes are from the State.

Quid fas non veritas est.
Legality is not Reality.

The difference between what is "lawful" and what is "legal" is crucial—it's a matter of life and death. Remember, what is lawful is for living people, and what is legal is for dead corporate entities.

All private sovereign men and women are unequivocally "in-law" de jure.

Public servants holding corporate positions in legal entities are de facto "in practice."

The power of justice under the People's Common Law is strictly "Judicial" and is exclusively exercised through Trial-by-Jury. Meanwhile, the State's delegated duty of management is firmly "Executive" and is solely exercised through Legislation.

Statute types are “Acts, Bills and Legislative Instruments,” and they apply to artificial legal (legislated) “persons,” so their texts never refer to a living “man” or “woman.” Statute titles never end with the word “Law.” Public officials habitually refer to “Acts” as “Laws.”

The law must be obeyed to safeguard our rights and freedoms. Obeying statutes is a choice, and we voluntarily become members of the "legal society." In a truly free nation, individuals in the Common Law jurisdiction would freely consent to receive the commercial "privileges" and "benefits" offered by the State in the Admiralty Maritime jurisdiction. We must be aware that the State serves the debt-money system of bondage, and people are not offered de jure Common Law contracts serving the State but de facto Admiralty Maritime contracts serving the Banks as surety for debt. If corrupt statutes become burdensome to the common good, the people have the right to withdraw their consent to defend their rights. They have an obligation and a duty to do so because only the people can address the corruption of their government.

Statutes are contracts.

Statutes prescribe the “terms and conditions” of commercial contracts, relying for their effect upon your consent.

Fraud Behind the Marriage License

A marriage license application is a formal request asking for permission to get married.

Your claim of sovereignty was completely forfeited when you applied for and got married under a marriage license if you ever had any such claim before that date.

Sovereignty means asserting one's independence and claiming to be self-governing.

The marriage license is completely unnecessary and has never been required because marriage has always been viewed as a contract witnessed by God between a man and a woman! Who told you that you must apply for a license? Is it the official you chose to conduct your ceremony? The official is a licensed government official who can perform marriage ceremonies with a marriage license.

Those who apply for and marry pursuant to a marriage license have now added a third party to their marriage contract! The third party is the Master, by and through his Agent, the Corporate State. The marriage license bestows the State with the legal right to decide the
fate of the husband and wife and the possessions they procured during their marriage, should the marriage fail. Their divorce must now be decided by and through the States Corporate Court by a Corporate Judge, and the Judges first and foremost concern is the “interest of the
State.” The interest of the bride and groom is now secondary.

A comment by the Judge deciding this divorce says it all!

“The ultimate ownership of all property is the State: individual so-called ownership is only by virtue of government, [i.e.] laws amounting to mere use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the state.”

All licenses are permits to violate the only real law.
Unalienable rights are the rights God bestowed upon all living men at birth. All other laws are subordinate to God’s law. Another example is a “Driver's License.” The government seeks to enforce its laws by requiring us to obtain a license. You have an inherent right to travel the roadways of this nation, and no government has the authority to restrict, tax, or license your pursuit of happiness, including obtaining a "driver's license." The only exception is a Driver of a Commercial Vehicle. The government has the unequivocal right to regulate commerce, which encompasses trade. Any individual operating a vehicle in commerce must be licensed, but all others are unequivocally free to travel without one. The foreign agents in power have manipulated the common meanings of words to dominate and control every sovereign. They employ intimidation tactics in corporate courts and utilize corporate policy enforcement by officers who have been heavily influenced and conditioned through mandatory training programs.
