Marks prediction is the same as mine. Off by a few days though. Now i hate dates because this is an event driven war but I say November 4th for the RV because it is 120 days from March 4th which is the original inauguration date. And by Nesara Gesara Executive Order 13849 rules, we have 120 days to bring in a new prez (this is a very broad range statement considering we will not be doing things this way anymore.) So right around November 4th should be the RV in my prediction.
