दहेज और तलाक

# दहेज उर्दू का शब्द है और उर्दू में भी इसे अरबी के एक दूसरे शब्द से लिया गया है।
# तलाक मूलतः अरबी का शब्द है।
इन शब्दों का प्रयोग मूल रूप से अरब के खड़ी देशों व इस्लाम में होता होगा।मुझे अभी तक किसी भी प्राचीन भारतीय ग्रंथ में दहेज या तलाक जैसी प्रथा का साक्ष्य नहीं मिला है।

अब तसला में मसला यह है कि जो लोग स्वयं को हिंदू और भारतीय कहते हैं वह क्यों इन कुप्रथाओं का पालन करते हैं?🙏🏼

(दहेज)
प्राचीन भारतीय परंपरा में लड़की के पिता से सिर्फ कन्यादान(दुल्हन)को ही लिया जाता था।बाकी अगर लड़की का पिता कुछ दे या ना दे उसकी अपनी इच्छा है।

(तलाक)
प्राचीन भारतीय परंपरा के अनुसार एक बार विवाह संपन्न होने के बाद वर और वधू को आजीवन साथ रहना पड़ता था।तलाक का कोई प्रबंध नहीं था।इनका वियोग सिर्फ दो कारण से ही हो सकता था लेकिन रिश्ता कभी खत्म नहीं होता था।1.इन दोनों में से किसी एक की मृत्यु हो जाए या 2. इनमें से कोई एक वैवाहिक जीवन त्याग कर सन्यासी बन जाए। जैसे भगवान बुद्ध ने अपने पत्नी माता-पिता बच्चे को त्याग कर धर्मात्मा बन गए।देवी सीता ने समाज के झूठे आरोपो के कारण श्री राम जी को त्याग कर साध्वी बन गई।तुलसीदास ने अपने वैवाहिक जीवन को त्याग कर सन्यासी व राम भक्त बन गए।

The candidates can download their UGC NET December 2023 admit card either from the direct link provided above or from the official website by using their application number & password which was generated at the time of registration. Follow the steps mentioned below to download your UGC NET 2023 Admit Card.

Step 1: Go to the official website NTA UGC NET  (www.ugcnet.nta.nic.in)

Step 2: Click on the link ‘UGC NET December 2023 admit card’ under the recent update section.

Step 3: The login link is opened where you are required to provide your Application Number & Date of Birth.

Step 4: Enter the Security Pin (Captcha Code) as displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Click on Sign In and your UGC NET Admit Card appears on the screen.

Step 6: Download UGC NET Admit Card December 2023 and take a printout for future reference....
