બિલકુલ સત્ય છે. કદાચ પી. એચડી તરીકે માન્યતા પણ આપે છે પણ પછી વિદ્યાર્થી જ ફાળવે નહી. અને ફાળવે તો પણ એવા વિદ્યાર્થી આપે કે જે અભ્યાસ છોડીને જતા રહે એવા જ આપે.. જેથી ગાઈડ બનો પણ કોઈ કામ નહીં રહેતું.. નિમ્ન માનસિકતા દેખાય છે..
