બીજું આ કોલેજોમાં વર્ષોથી ભરતી થઈ નથી સાથે વર્ષોથી બેકલોગ અને ખાલી જગ્યાઓ પડી છે ત્યારે ઉચ્ચ લાયકાત ધરાવતા બેરોજગાર યુવાનોએ આ બાબતે આગળ આવવું જોઈએ અને વિદ્યા સહાયકની ભરતીની જેમ "ખાસ ભરતી"દ્વારા બેકલોગ અને જૂન 2022 ની સ્થિતિએ સત્વરે ખાલી પડેલી તમામ જગ્યાઓ ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ વિભાગે ભરવી જોઈએ... જેથી લાંબા સમયથી ઉચ્ચ લાયકાત ધરાવતાં યુવાનો ન્યાય મળે.
