I just went to Dr. Aman Tilak's channel and saw this ad below (which Telegram is pushing on his channel).

This is terrible on the part of Telegram...these are fraud schemes in which students will get fooled...

Telegram can easily have filters to not let such ads run on channels like Dr. Aman Tilak's....(I am sure these kind of ads show up on our channel also 😔😔😔)
